One Massage Therapy
[THE CLINIC IS EXPERIENCING HIGH DEMAND AND IS THEREFORE NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW CLIENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST]
At One Massage Therapy, our philosophy is to nourish your body with powerful hands-on techniques, heal any injuries and chronic pain issues you may be suffering from and restore you back to full functionality in order to achieve balance and harmony within your body.
The logo, the Celtic Tree of Life, represents how the forces of nature come together to create harmony and balance. It is seen as a symbol of positive energy. The Celts believed that the Tree of Life was a symbol of longevity, wisdom and strength. When there is harmony in mind, body and soul we experience an overall sense of well-being and improved health.

Why use One Massage Therapy?
One Massage Therapy can help with recent injuries, old injuries, enhance athletic performance, in cases of chronic pain that you’ve had for a long time or if you are just looking to de-stress after a long day at work. By targeting the pain source, we can alleviate discomfort, maintain flexibility, improve performance and aid recovery.
One Massage Therapy believes that there needs to be a greater understanding about ourselves and our bodies to effect change. Where there is discord or confusion the result is often poor health. We need to be taking charge of our own health to focus on the positives and strengths rather than just on what is wrong. Massage therapy should also be considered as part of a long-term wellness routine and preventative care programme.
Our approach to massage therapy
The unique approach at One Massage Therapy is a fusion of medical models from Western and Eastern philosophy. By working with a listening touch and connection, we believe it is not how deep you go into the muscle but how you go deep into the muscle that elicits a pain-free effective treatment. By working differently, we offer bespoke diagnostic treatments using clinical judgments wrapped up in loveliness to treat musculoskeletal pain.

Testimonials
The course of treatment I received from Catherine has been excellent. When taking my medical history, she was very clear with all her questions and was very good at listening as I talked through the shoulder problem I have been suffering with over recent years. The level of pressure and areas of focus worked on at each session were spot on
I have had a few treatments with Catherine treating my neck and shoulder pain. I come away feeling relaxed and pain free with no tension at all.
She was excellent. Thank you.
